We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Lead for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to join our dynamic and innovative team based in the North East.

As the Workday Integration Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading the implementation of the Workday integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity with various internal and external systems. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your role is pivotal in our digital transformation journey, and you will play a crucial part in streamlining our processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Lead the planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides

• Ensure the timely resolution of integration issues and communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders

• Work closely with IT and Business teams to optimize and improve existing integrations

• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration strategy

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role, leading Workday integration projects

• Extensive knowledge of Workday Integration Framework and API's

• Strong understanding of various integration patterns and technologies (e.g., SOAP, REST, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Boomi, etc.)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative solutions for complex integration challenges

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments

• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
