Mobile Vehicle Technician | Job in Buckinghamshire
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team in the South East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles at our customers' locations, ensuring their vehicles are safe, reliable, and running smoothly.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to diagnose mechanical issues.
Repair and maintain vehicles, replacing parts as necessary.
Maintain accurate service records for each vehicle serviced.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards, techniques, and technologies.
Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, components, and mechanics.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel within the South East region as required.
Vocational qualifications or relevant certification in Automotive Technology (e.g., City & Guilds, IMI).
Experience with specific vehicle brands we service.
Familiarity with electronic systems and diagnostics.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines.
Strong teamwork skills.
