Job Opportunity

Welcome to our esteemed establishment located in the heart of South West! We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Concierge on shifting schedules.

The Concierge plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and engaging environment for all guests and residents. They provide a range of personalized services, including but not limited to, assisting with requests, coordinating services, managing deliveries, ensuring security, and maintaining the building's appearance.

  • Greet guests and residents warmly, professionally, and promptly.

  • Handle and manage a variety of service requests and inquiries, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery and pickup of packages for residents.

  • Maintain security and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of all guests and residents.

  • Assist with maintenance issues as they arise, liaising with relevant parties when necessary.

  • Ensure that common areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.

  • Familiarize yourself with local amenities and attractions to provide recommendations to guests and residents.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information about guests and residents.

  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide exceptional service.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of service.

  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in customer service roles is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Familiarity with local amenities and attractions is a plus.

  • A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest and resident satisfaction.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
